I have been dealing with identity theft/fraud for the past yr and i started with a 499 score avg, and while disputing fraud i obtained a
capital one secured card and paid ontime for the next year and i just applied for this lowes card and was instantly approved for $650..!!!..my scores now are TU-706 EX-653 EQ-589
