I applied for this card a month ago and got declined by GE Money Bank. Then a few days ago I got a jcp pre qualified thingy in the mail and said hey what the heck ill go for it. I applied online and got approved for 300 credit line. I just find it odd how they decline you then a month later get approved for it.
