So Far So Good I've had the card for about 2 months now. Customer service is as advertised. Someone in america and pick up within a few rings.. its pretty cool, I forgot to do a vacation alert and it was taken care of in under 30 seconds.. I get some looks on the card due to the weight and touch and feel. And to be honest I kind of enjoy it. The 7% dividend isn't something to laugh at.. I mean 7% reward bonus on top of what I already spend? score..! I have pretty much stopped using my pentagon federal american express as this has a 7% dividend on all points (even the ones you spend) and is accepted everywhere. I used it for a ice tea instead of cash and my fiance just rolled her eyes at me. Too bad my savings account isn't as generous. Overall loving the card so far and pretty close to having my 50k bonus point sign up!
