Congrats! It is good to know that the Walmart Discover Card is still alive. Finally, people are being recognized and upgraded for their loyalty and years of service.

I have the wal mart disover too. I had an inital credit limit when I got it about 7 months ag0 of 2,000. I went online and asked for a credit limit increase and was raised to 5,000. I like this card because you can use it to get cash at the register. The only thing i dont like about this card is that the new bank took the wal mart logo off and it literally looks like one of those cards from a cheap no name bank. So I dont use it any other time but at wal mart.

Hmm I never use my Walmart card.

I got approved for a regular Walmart Card back about 10 months ago with a $600 CL. Now its $1100 after 2 increases after I bought a big screen TV and paid 4 times the minimum payment since paid it off and pay it off in full every month.. I hope they will upgrade mine within the next year or so but I'm not complaining I'm lucky to have any credit after a 3-1/2 yr old bankruptcy and 2 charge offs after it that some ID thief used my name for some catalog cards...

When I went online to make payment and I logged in and it then said Congratulations, I have been picked for a upgrade to discover card due to my payment history.
I had a credit line of $1,900.00 and have had the account for 1 year. I went ahead and accepted the offer and right away it said that I was approved and with a credit limit of $4,000.00 which made me very happy. I figured since my account is not that old, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade. My fico score is 755 Experian 725 Transunion 705 Equifax 698.
