kathy's review: I like this card for the rewards program and the "Signature" prestige. They give 3% cashback in my three highest spending categories each month and 1% on all other purchases, redeemable as a paper check in increments of $50. Points expire after 36 mos. If I save up 20,000 pts. I get $250 instead of $200. Or I can call and have the dollar points switched to merchandise points.
Customer service is provided by knowledgeable representatives who are native English speakers. Sometimes there is a wait time; I had thought Signature would have a dedicated line, but we are serviced by the general Chase line.
This card does not have a 2-cycle balance, so there are no double finance charges. My APR is currently 16.49%, but I'm sure I could have it lowered. Since I don't carry a balance it doesn't matter.
One trival downside of the card is its garish blue color. I asked if they had silver or black or a more subdued blue, and they promptly sent an old silver one. "Old" as in the old Visa logo, not the new one the blue card had, and no "blink" technology, which the blue card had. Http://chaseblink.com/blink_flash.asp This is fine since in my area there are very few merchants equipped to use it. Anyway, swiping isn't so very cumbersome.

Way to go Kathy! I was just denied for this card last week. :( Its ok, as long as I am a member at FG, I know one day, they will tell me "Welcome". Lol. Please sign up with the Network if you have not done so as of yet. We would love to hear your credit success stories. I think the good credit members would love to hear from you.
