I accepted a pre-approval offer on this card about 6 months ago and have had no problems whatsoever. 0% interest for 12 months, then 12.9% as long as there is no default. I've read some reviewers questioning the $30k credit limit, but this is a legitimate offer. At least for people who have had a mortgage with Washington Mutual in the past.
