Was approved online with a low score 0f 620, with a $500.00 limit, as soon as I was approved I called to ask if they could up the limit, for using a credit card with a low limit lowers your score, they agreed and gave me a limit of $1000.00, and they also said they will review my payment history in 6 months and raise it another $1500.00, just got to say great customer service and very understanding and helpful, their worth a shot.

Excellent!! I've been wanting to get the travelocity amex by barclaycards but currently have TOO much debt. By any chance would you know how many inquiries you had when you applied? Congrats!! on the approval and instant credit limit increase I've heard great things about Barclaycards.

I had alot of inquiries, but alot were for a mprtgage loan, credit cards was about 12
