I signed up for HSBC Weekend credit card in April 2007. The terms of the credit card include a 1% cash rewards during the week, and 2% cash rewards on the weekends. When I opened the account I noticed that only 1% cash rewards were accruing on weekends instead of 2%. I contacted customer service 4 or 5 times and then said the issue was being resolved and the problem would be fixed shortly, and my rewards would be retroactive. Six months has elapsed and it is still not fixed. Any similar experiences?
