Got a pretty good credit, I have two unsecured and two secured, paying all of them on time for over a year. They still denied me. I wouldn't recommend to applied it will just hurt your score to get denied.

Do you have any baddies? Citi hates charge-offs, BK's, etc. If you do, then wait until they fall off your reports and re-apply.
