I am not shocked by some of the postings about this card, but I have had this card since 2005, and I have always paid my bill and kept my balance down. They have given me 5 credit increases and also decreased my annual fee to $ 39.00. I personally have never had an issue. I got this card to rebuild after a chap 7 bk. I currently do not have a balance and plan to close since getting my new hooters card...
