Sound like a good deal, you get 1% back on your purchases, please read the terms & conditions. You get 24 hour customer care, emergency cash & card replacement, plus you get travel & emergency assistance service. You also get 100k travel accident assistance, plus auto rental insurance. Capital One would like you to have a score of 702 for a better chance of getting approval. I think if you have a score of 700 or better you can find a credit card with a lower % rate.
