Recieved this card last July after responding to an offer from Capital One. This was my second Capital One Card with an initial CL of $500.00 at 22.90% interest.
I was later informed that I would be entered into the credit steps program, and with 6 months of on time payments and no over the credit limit transaction, my CL would increase to $750.00. just like clock work, in January my CL increased just as they promised.
My credit scores started in the low 520's, and now my EQ is 644, my EX is tracked through a credit union (PSECU) monthly and last reported 646. For some reason I can't seem to get any LUV from TU with a 578, even though the same baddies are reported.....OH WELL, BABY STEPS!!

Congrats on your rebuild. As to the variations between credit bureaus check your "average age of accounts" and "oldest account". These two factor carry lots of weight in calculating your scores and can be different between bureaus.
