Used the Capital One pre-approval card selector online and this card was selected for me. (No hard inquiry to try) I went ahead and applied and got the, "we will let you know" notice. I received a letter from them today saying I was approved for $500 CL. Now, 7-10 days for card delivery!! I had a C.O. card 5 years ago that went to charge off.
