Got a Pre-Approval letter in the mail. Applied online and was not instantly approved. Called in about an hour later and talked to a credit analyst. He approved me over the phone and gave me a $500 credit limit. I am trying to rebuild my credit and this is my second card. I also have a secured card. Not sure of the APR or what report they pulled yet. I requested that they send me a copy and will update when I get that info. Experian score, 627

What are your credit score ,congratulations i am rebuilding my credit also been approve for 4 credit cards in the last couple of months when my scores improve i will apply for this card also right my scores are tranunion 620 experian612 equifax 605 maybeby march or april my scores will be higher.

I can only confirm my current experian score, 627. I would not have applied for this card if they had not been sending me pre-approved applications for the last few months. I think i am on the low end for acceptance. Got lucky. Now i want BofA, my bank, to give me a card and I will be good to go for a while.

Welcome to the Discover Card family. It seems several of us on here have been approved in the last few months. Rebuilding and obtaining a Discover Card is big news. Discover is conservative and is NOT bankruptcy friendly. It seems they are more willing to give us an opportunity.

I called customer service to ask what the APR would be after the intro of 0%. The lady said 18.90%. Not bad considering it could have been as high as 20.99%.

Damn if they accepted discover everywhere, i wouldve got this.. 5% cash back? jeeze thats good! and no annual fee... hmm def somethin to consider..
