Lufthansa is one of my preferred airlines and I do fly them a lot. I have other cards with Barclays which I am not thrilled about however. I was called with a pre-approval for the Miles & More World MasterCard. The main reason I went for the offer was 20,000 miles just for being accepted and another 30,000 miles if you spend $2,500 in 90 days. So 50,000 miles which is enough for a coach ticket to Europe all for an annual fee. Approval took less than 3 minutes.
$10,000 initial limit 1% foreign transaction fees which is huge since most charge 3 and 4 percent.

$79 annual fee
