Applied for this card as a way to replace a card with a much higher annual fee acquired shortly after my bk. Had two previous Capital One accounts charged off (in BK). They hard pulled all 3 cbrs (boo), and instantly approved me for a $1000 limit / $39 annual fee / 0% till 11/11 then 17.9% (the lowest they offer on the card). Got the card in about a week and the welcome letter spelled out the "Credit Steps" program... Make at least one purchase then pay your next 5 statements on time and Capital One will automatically increase my credit limit by the 7th statement.

Update... Made my 5th payment and my credit limit was raised to $1500.00
