I agree with the other writer, you can't pay online because you can't ever log on... And $14.00 to pay on the on the phone is pitiful... Esp. If you are trying to establish and keep good credit... If your bill is late the company should not even charge late fee... When you can't access your account online... A rip off... Need a better way... Take the online payment method off... Can't access it... Over the phone $14.00 a rip off... When I pay this card off I want use it again... I work 2 jobs and paying my bill online is easy for me or over the phone... Too expensive... With this card... Not worth it... When I can't access my account it makes my payment late... Not very good...

JJ, you said the best thing, pay it off and close it. There are other cards out there better than this, sign up with us so that we can share some information on better cards for you. Make sure that you use the same screen name you used while posting here. You and no ne else deserve to be treated like fourth class re-builders. Walk away from this card and do not look back.

I totally disagree. You can actually pay over the phone using your checking account or savings account. In fact, it's hassle free. They won't even charge you for the transaction although it has a processing fee of $12. But the reps are usually nice enough to waive it off for you.
