I tried to apply, the application has Puerto Rico on the States list. But when you finally apply for it it says that the offer is not for Puerto Rico residents.
Too bad we are blacklisted on their product.

Sorry to hear about the rejection. Do you know if they pulled a bureau or did they flat out reject the application once you entered PR as the State/Territory?

Most unfortunate. Not familiar with the banking laws in PR. Possible the card issuer is not approved to offer banking related services in PR.
