I opened the card in 2009 with credit scores in the 640 range. Today 1/06/2011 I went online to pay my bill and noticed that they have increased my credit limit from 600 to 900. This is the second card in 2 months that has raised my limit without a request. my scores are in the low 700 range.

Congrats on getting this card. Just hang in there. My wife has this card and started with $500 limit, now she's up to a $1200 limit

Yea same here. I have this card, started with a $500 CL and now I'm up to $1700. Oh, got the card in July 2009 too. So it's just shy of 2 years history.

I received this card in October 2009 with an initial CL of $600 and I received an increase to $800 in September 2010 and an increase January 1, 2011 to $1,100.
I only use this card for incidentals like lunch and gas and have been faithful about paying off the balance each month. My scores are in the low 700's.

I went online today to pay my bill and noticed that my credit limit was increased from 900 to 1300 and this is the second increase i have received this year.

Update to my 01/2011 comment....they raised my CL from $1,100 to $1,500 this past July. This is the only card I have in my wallet where I get regular CL increases. I've had a Cap One Platinum No Hassle Rewards Visa that was issued in 2008 at $500 and I've never had an increase. However, Cap One encouraged me to apply for another card and they approved me for the Venture Card with a CL of $3,000.
on 2011-12-20 Update to my 01/2011 comment....they raised my CL from $1,100 to $1,500 this past July. This is the only card I have in my wallet where I get regular CL increases.
