Applied for the card since some of my current cards were receiving credit limit increases. I was shocked when I was approved for 700.00!!!. I think credit issuers are a lot more generous around the holidays. Although I'm current on my credit cards, I was plesantly suprised when I was approved. Wal Mart is great since it has an array of goods to purchase.

It's been awhile since I have viewed my credit scores. I have been sporadically working since the economic bust and my credit scores have not been a priority as they were in the past. But the last time I viewed my credit report was about 6 months ago: The range for all three credit reports at that time was about 685 - 712. I do remember the 712 because I was way shocked. I guess my scores haven't taken a severe tumble although there's a lot more activity than in the past. Just trying to keep afloat and using my credit cards when I really need to.
