This card is a scam. They have the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. Their web service is even worse. Please save yourself the stress & choose a more professional company to handle your credit.

This would be useful on the forum where others could comment on the card. You have insufficient data information for us to understand. Did you just apply? What were your FICO Scores? What is the rest of your credit situation? All this would help others to possibly shed some light on the situation.
