Like most people here, I was tired of being declined. I have two paid charge-offs in 2008 and a 30 late payment also in '08 (bad year). My current FICO score is Exp: 625, eqi:650 trans:635. I currently have 3 credit cards capital one for 300, hooters card 300 and macys for 1200. Im trying to rebuild my credit(i think I'm addicted) everyone would turn me down because of my chargeoffs... Well today I applied for a walmart credit card and got a 7-10 bull crap message so I automatically thought its "another decline". Well, I could not wait for the letter so I decided to call the customer service number and talked to the rep. She asked me couple questions and got approved for $500.00! Really happy... It feels good to get approved! They checked Equifax. Good luck to all..
