I was approved in 03 and received the card... I had to pay a service fee and another fee which totaled to 70.00. I kept the card for a yr but I had a problem when you call you always got someone who couldn't speak English... They also tried to make me pay for a charge that I disputed... I paid the amount and canceled the card because I didn't want any negative information on my credit... I definitely would NOT recommend this card to no one... They are clearly a RIP OFF..
