nckuttoomm's review: Actually I don't care the 0% APR but the interesting thing is, can I switch the Slate to Chase Freedom after I got it? I heard that some credit card companies are no longer have this switch option to their customer so I'm still considering... Any good ideas~?

Congrats! You are right many companies stopped product changes. However, you might as well call Chase and ask. You have nothing to lose. Credit card companies seem to be more open to ideas.

I converted the Visa platinum(which is now Slate)to the freedom last year over the phone with no problems and it do seems like Chase is converting a few of their cards to the freedom card within the last few months.
