I apped it strictly because I know I won't use it much, but it will increase my available credit so that my usage will be a lower percentage. I have never had credit- so am building. I started with a $500 secured card via my CU 4 months ago and have used it minimally and PIF all purchases. Yesterday I was approved for an unsecured Cap 1 card for $500. Now I am done. For the rest of the year. I know this card won't grow, and I am ok with that for now. It will do what it needs to for me - It is simply a stepping stone at this point ;)

Congrats! Assume you received the Best Buy Mastercard version of the card which you can use anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
