bhfreebh's review: When you initially attempt to sign up, they give you 3 possible credit rates and no idea of your maximum credit line.
My problem with their process is that after entering ALL of your info (income), you still need to go through the other windows with include passwords, etc - you MUST approve the card without knowing the maximum credit line or the interest rate they are offering!
To me - this is shady, not something I like to see and I would certainly never recommend this card to anyone.
I canceled the card IMMEDIATELY and although I did express the reason - that after they have our income information - they should have a screen that CLEARLY lists the rate they are offering you and the maximum credit line BEFORE requiring you to approve the card, the representative CLEARLY did not care.
I wouldn't recommend this card to family or friends.

Usually the Terms and Conditions are located at the bottom of the application window. Sometimes in small font. If you're looking for a more honest system, try banking with a credit union. My credit union offers a table about rates; within this table shows four brackets. Each bracket is a credit score group, and that's how they determine your rate (you plug your score into each group). You can see this prior to applying for anything! I have 19 months credit history for a card with an APR of 9.5% from my credit union. Not to mention all credit unions are not-for-profit and put money back into the community more than big banks.
