loukyguy's review: Applied for this card 05/10 and was approved instantly for 450.00
At the time my scores were EQ 678 EX 626 and TU 687
Interest rate is 19.9
I will use this card only for gas 1-2 times a month then pay it off in full.

Congrats on your approval. Hopefully within 3-6 months you can get a higher credit line.
GEMB kills me, why do they bother making Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex branded cards if they are going to give such small limits?

Amen Colo! Congrats on the approval though. I believe this card has some type of rewards program to it, right?

Gas Cards or Visa/Mastercard Cards. That is the question. Today JC Penney has a MasterCard. Target had a Visa Card and felt the risk of universal use/acceptance was greater than a smaller card holder base focused on consumer loyalty and lower card loss risks. What is the answer. Small credit lines on store and gas cards. In the old days (pre year 2000), gas and store cards always had small credit lines from $100 to about $900. No one gave it a thought and no one really needed the larger lines. Then the market changed early 21st Century and the individual operators turned their credit needs over to the "big boy" banks and here we are today...!?
