Recieved pre-approval offer in mail. App on-line approved initial cl $4,200.00. Hard Pull EQ surprised not EX. EQ cs at 679 2 ca accounts one paid off removal in 2012 and one unpaid, removal July of this year. 0%BT and APR until 12/10, and no annual fee plus 100 bonus cash for cit rewards. Prime rate+15.74% currently 18.99% thereafter. Hope this information helps anyone eles. Anyone with pre-approvals go for it you never know.

Congrats! Received this same card last June 2009. Two credit line increases since then without being requested.
