I am in the middle of a divorce, and trying to establish new credit so I applied for the card online. Rec'd a instant approval, then waited 8 weeks - still no card. Tried to no avail to reach someone who could at least advise re: the status; I agree that the call seemed to be routed to another country. I ended up calling the number provided by one of the users on this site, and they advised me that my card is pending and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It's been 8 weeks... This seems to be ripoff...
