donna's review: Well, AGAIN, I was DECLINED for a HOOTERS M/C, as well as the Wal-Mart Discover and Wal-Mart (regular) store [BRAND] card / ('S). AGAIN, this is all with scores ranging from 613-696. NO collections and inquiries WERE only @ 5, NOW 8 due to these recent ones the other day! I have two good credit card payment histories... STILL REJECTED! OH WELL, It's the luck THAT I Usually have... I have tried to so INCREDIBLY HARD for years to get and keep clean credit, but t doesn't seem to matter! Maybe ANOTHER time or ANOTHER life! Good Luck to all of you! Thanks for the ear/ear/ ('S)!!!

Hi Donna, so sorry to hear about your results. I am sort of confused here because you stated that your scores range from the low 600's to high 600's. Remember that creditors use different factors when considering credit to individuals. You stated that you have no inquiries, no collections, and have other (better) cards. Are your balances pretty high on those cards? Is your job reported on your credit report? When applying do you say that your rent (if renting) is high but then you end up putting a lower income? Now I am saying this because creditors use a ratio by comparing bills-to-debt-to-income and base their decisions that way also. I am only asking this question because I have know for creditors to use this figure when granting credit. Donna do not give up, please don't. Let's try to find out where the problem is before we put ourselves in the condition of thinking we are failing when we are doing our best to make things right. Have you looked at your credit report lately and if so when? You have great scores and I am stuck on why you were denied. When you receive your letter of denial, could you please share it with us and I am pretty sure one of us will do our best to turn your applications in a different direction. I am begging you, "Please don't give up".
