November 2008 Discover told me to let some inquiries fall off my report. Thirteen months later they say it is bankruptcy. Interesting... Internal BK since they took a hit for $30K+. They do keep track internally besides what's on the credit report. It has been over eight years from BK 09/2001 on the CB's. Underwriting is getting more particular. The FICO Scores were TU 726 EQ 704 and EX unknown. Had a Discover Card back in their early days with a $15K limit before the BK. They still show on my CB.
