Almost instant. We were given a 1-800 number to call for instant decision. Both of us had to answer questions about our income and assets. SO has no card balances and 800+ FICOs. My FICOs around 700 (they pulled Experian). Each of us have other BofA accounts and the limits were dropped on those, but we were approved for 10K on this card. A nice limit and more than generous for monthly bills and expenses (cell phone, groceries, etc.). 1.25% cash back on all purchases. 0% APR on all non-cash advance transactions through September 2010. They do ask a lot of questions now: Balances on retirement accounts, CDs, money market accounts, etc.

Congrats! I am impressed!!! There is life in them thar banks. Nice limit and a redemption for BofA. The 1.25 adds up fast. You will appreciate this card.

Congrats on the approval! It's no secret that they have tightened their standards. It sounds like good you had everything they were looking for and they were willing to extend credit you. Hope you enjoy the new card.

Awesome limit, I'm simply green! I have this card but my limit is well below this one, I know they tightened the strings, I'd love a cli on it but if not it's still worth having in the wallet, b of a... All the way.
