I applied online after reading the other reviews and got a message that said "requires further processing." Within 2 hours I received a phone call from Target wanting to verify my identity and that someone else didn't try to open a card in my name. After I answered the questions she told me that they would send the card right out to me. I was shocked! I have a 654 FICO and am just 14 months post chapter 7 discharge and need to rebuild my credit. I don't know what my CL is... I forgot to ask.
