I applied for this card last Dec and was not approved. Today I was online at cap one making a truck payment I thought just for giggles I would check my pre-qualified status and was shocked to see an offer come up, so I filled out the app and was approved.

Sorry I forgot in my excitement my scores are between mid 590's to mid 600's. Initial cl is 300.00 and interest rate is 22.9%

Just give it time and Cap One will incease your limit, just don't go over it. You should get credit steps in mail separate from cc.
